Once an order has been placed on our site, the information is sent to our warehouse to begin the packing and shipping process. Once this process has begun, your order is one of many being worked on, and locating it to make a change is often similar to finding a needle in a haystack.

This means we are unable to complete these change requests, and we're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Orders placed with standard shipping will be processed within 24-48 business hours of an order being placed.

Expedited orders placed on business days before 1:00pm Eastern Time will ship out the same day. Expedited orders placed after 1:00pm Eastern Time, will ship out the next business day.

Tips: To estimate when your package will arrive, count the business days starting the day after your package ships (Ex.- If your order ships on a Tuesday, Wednesday would be the first business day in transit). Add one business day to your estimated arrival date if a holiday occurs while your package is in transit.
